Seating Plans can be fun!

Wedding Belle came across this great idea for making your seating arrangements for the big day.  It’s easy and fun and you can change it as many times as you need to.  Using round cardboard coasters, number each coaster with a black marker.  This will represent each table at the wedding.  Write the name of each guest on a clothes pin.  Then clip the clothes pins on each “table” and easily make adjustments or move tables to suit your hall layout.  It’s a fun and easy way to get the dreaded seating plan accomplished.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 20 cardboard coasters (or a number corresponding with the number of tables you will have at the wedding)
  • 150 clothes pins (or a number corresponding with the number of guests at the wedding)
  • Black Marker

Once your plan is set, you can create your seating chart or seating cards knowing it was a perfectly planned arrangement!
